10/10, great service and amenities
Great service at reception following a mistake by third party booking company. I was provided with a better room and was pleasantly surprised by the wellness concept of the U room. It was clean, comfortable with many thoughtful additions like a face mask, lavender sleep balm, healthy snacks and even a yoga mat and foam roller. If ever coming back to Auckland I would definitely rebook this room!

Our flights should get cancelled more often!
Two things that also really impressed me, as simple as they are, were the availability of FREE menstrual products in the room and the common area bathrooms, and the public display of Sunflower lanyard notices to bring awareness to invisible disabilities! Other hotels would be wise to take note!
